Why does this contain goat milk?

Goats milk is the Surfactant base used in Sensitive Suds Laundry Detergent. Surfactants are a science term for soap. To make a surfactant it requires a fat or oil base. Goat milk is known to have many benefits including skin-friendly, gentle on fabrics, and eco-friendly. This makes it a sustainable choice to support ethical farming practices and support those amazing animals.
Is there an expiration date?
Why is it clumping?

If you notice clumping, just simply squeeze and it will fall apart into powder again. This means it may be retaining some moisture from the environment. This is okay and will not affect the use. Sensitive Suds does not contain any anti-clumping agents to keep the formula from irritants. Simply break, or press, apart the clump and use it as normal.
How many Scoops of Laundry Detergent will I need?

The recommended use is 1 tablespoon for each small/regular load, which equals approximately 6 lbs of dirty laundry. A large load is approximately 11 lbs, in this case, you can use 2 tablespoons. The main thing to remember is that this powder detergent is strongly concentrated. Even though 1 to 2 tablespoons looks small, it is powerful!
Where do I put the powder in my washing machine?
How can I use Sensitive Suds to soak or strip? Ex: hockey equipment, car seats, coats, old clothes.
Add items to a bath tub (wet or dry)

Fill tub with HOT water

Add ½ cup of Sensitive Suds Laundry Detergent (sprinkle over items in water)

Stir with a large spoon and let sit in the tub water/detergent solution for 3-6 hours while stirring every 30 minutes to 1hour.

Drain tub and rinse with clean water, drain and wash as normal in the washing machine using Sensitive Suds Detergent.
